Filming with Reverse Northwest CIC – Eve’s Powerful Story
We recently spent an incredibly moving day filming with Reverse Northwest CIC at the stunning Botanical Garden. The day centred around Eve, who courageously shared her lived experience of domestic violence. Her presence on camera was powerful, grounded, and deeply affecting. A true testament to her resilience.
Eve’s story is raw, real, and painfully relevant. It sheds light on the hidden realities that so many endure and highlights just how vital organisations like Reverse Northwest CIC are in offering support, safety, and pathways to healing. Her voice carries the weight of lived experience and the strength of survival.
It’s impossible not to be moved by her words.
The film we’re creating will serve as more than just a personal account; it will be a valuable educational resource. Designed for use in schools and group workshops, the film will help raise awareness, start important conversations, and offer guidance to those who may be silently struggling.
The edit is now underway, and we’re incredibly excited to share the trailer with you soon.
This is more than a film, it’s a tool for change. We’re so grateful to Eve for her bravery, and to Reverse Northwest CIC for continuing to be a lifeline for those experiencing domestic violence.
